Enter a new age of FRS excitement with the Motorola Talkabout T800 Two Way Radio! The T800 works like a standard FRS walkie talkie, but it's no regular radio. It uses a Bluetooth® connection to your smartphone as well, so you can share locations, messages and and more while you go off-grid!

The T800 is designed for outdoor activities, so you can freely communicate with greater reliability in the wild. It has 22 channels, 121 privacy codes, 11 weather channels and NOAA weather alerts. It is also fully compatible with other FRS and GMRS radios.

It also connects to the FREE Motorola Talkabout App through your smartphone to add a new dimension to the FRS radio experience! The Talkabout app uses the T800 as a modem, so you can send location information, messages and more to other T800 users in your group. You can also configure and control your radio settings through the app, for even greater flexibility!

Then there is the display. The T800 is equipped with a unique, hidden blue display that's easy to read when the radio is on, and virtually disappears when the radio is turned off. The front panel buttons are raised, for easier location and identification when the radio is out of site. Add the emergency alert button and a built-in flashlight, and you have a radio for use almost anywhere adventure takes you!

The T800 gives you dual power options. It operates on a NiMH reachargeable battery pack or 3 standard non-rechargeable AA alkaline batteries for greater versatility. It has a built-in micro-USB charging port so you can charge the radio from any charging device equipped with a USB port, such as a external battery charging pack or a computer. The package includes an AC charger adapter with dual micro-USB connectors.
